To Arthur and the Cooper Family I’ve had the pleasure of delivering the mail Mary and Arthur for over 30 years. I’ve enjoyed talking to Mary from time to time, at times about Kevin bring a letter carrier. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I know how difficult it is to lose your mother.
