It was sad to read of Maureen’s passing. She always had a sunny disposition, a lovely way about her and it was fun for both of us when she came to CVS in Arlington Center to shop. I helped her with cosmetics, first aid items, whatever she needed. We were related by her being married to my cousin Richie, it was fun to joke around. I met Tanya once at CVS. My prayers and thoughts are with your family. Donna Ciccarelli Adams.

To Maureen's Family -

I was deeply sorry to hear of Maureen's passing. After we both suffered injuries from falling, we met at Aberjona Rehab. and became fast friends once we learned that we would both be moving from the rehab to Brightwater Assisted Living in Arlington on the very same day. We ended up living on the same floor, a few doors down from one another. We were the newbies there--we had our meals together, went to activities and happy hour together. In between, we would be on the phone with one another, telling our stories and laughing. She was such a lovely and caring lady. She made my recovery experience so much easier. In March, when it was time for me to return home, we planned to get together when my broken leg finally healed. Then the quarantine came, so we chatted regularly by phone. She assured me she was going to learn to text.

She loved her family and was so proud of them. I met most of you and could see how much she was loved in return. I was so looking forward to many years of our new friendship, but that was not to be. I miss her already. May she now be resting in peace with her beloved Richard.
